There are times when we are afraid to take initiatives because we fear the possibility of making mistakes, or worst, failure. When I started BONNE, I was not an expert in the cosmetics industry and didn’t know much about cosmetic manufacturing. Perhaps this is why I approached everything with simplicity and was rather fearless.
Back then, I was not embarrassed to ask 10 or even 100 questions. I built our customer list one by one, and we were dedicated to fueling our growth with excellent customer service and capable execution. We didn’t think about “being successful”, it was about doing our job as best as we can. This is the BONNE way, building on our experiences and growing in our own way.
